fanslysfs (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates fanslysfs.com and the SFS traffic service offered through it. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

When you place an order we collect:

We share the minimum data necessary with:

• · Telegram — we may use Telegram to contact you and to coordinate with managers running your campaign.
• · Hosting and CDN — our server provider, for infrastructure operation.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Retention

Order and payment records are retained for up to 5 years to comply with tax and anti-fraud obligations. Contact data and profile links associated with completed campaigns are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and order state. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR and UK GDPR where relevant) you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email support@fanslysfs.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. International Transfers

Our infrastructure and processors may be located outside your country. Where transfers occur, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

10. Security

We use TLS in transit, access controls, and encryption at rest where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Service is not directed at and may not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us data, we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Effective” date above.
