Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website fanslysfs.com and any related services (“Service”) operated by fanslysfs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are the owner, or an authorised manager, of the creator profile to be promoted.

3. Description of the Service

fanslysfs provides promotional placement services for creators on adult creator platforms including OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue. What you purchase is a defined volume of promotional placements delivered over the period stated in your plan, together with a written report of the placements made. We do not manage your creator account and do not access your passwords or payout details.

We deliver placements through our own creator network and through vetted partner channels. We select the channels used for any campaign, may change that mix at any time, and may engage third parties to carry out part of the delivery. The specific channels used are not part of what is sold; the placement volume and the reporting are.

4. Your Representations

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• · you are the owner of, or authorised to promote, the creator profile you submit;
• · your profile complies with the terms of the platform on which it is hosted;
• · content depicted on your profile is of adults only and was created with the consent of all depicted persons;
• · you are not subject to any sanctions or legal prohibition that would prevent us from providing the Service to you.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• · promote content that depicts or references minors;
• · promote content created without the consent of all depicted persons;
• · promote illegal goods, services, or activities;
• · manipulate metrics in ways that violate the host platform’s rules;
• · send unsolicited communications to recipients outside our opt-in network.

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Campaign Delivery

The volume and duration stated in your plan are what we commit to deliver. We do not guarantee any outcome arising from those placements. In particular, we do not guarantee any number of profile visits, followers, subscribers, messages or revenue, nor the composition, geography or behaviour of the audience reached. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including profile quality, niche, content cadence, pricing and platform algorithms.

If we fail to deliver the placement volume for a campaign, our sole obligation, and your sole remedy, is to top up the campaign until that volume is delivered, at no additional cost.

At the end of a campaign we provide a written report of the placements delivered. The report is deemed accepted unless you notify support of a specific discrepancy within 7 days of receiving it.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details. Campaign kick-off is scheduled once the provider confirms a successful payment. Prices are shown in US dollars; if your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.

8. Refunds and Cancellation

Before a campaign starts. If your campaign has not yet started and you wish to cancel, contact support within 24 hours of payment and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Once a campaign has started. Delivery begins as soon as your slot is confirmed, usually within hours of payment. From that point the campaign is not refundable. Where the delivered volume falls short, the remedy is the top-up described in section 6.

Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom you would normally have 14 days to withdraw from a services contract. Because campaigns begin immediately, at checkout you expressly request that delivery start at once and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the campaign has been fully performed. If you withdraw after delivery has begun but before it is complete, you may be charged in proportion to what has already been delivered.

Cryptocurrency refunds are issued to the wallet used for payment and may be subject to network fees.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific business outcome will be achieved.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue on your creator platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
